CORK TO COBH – PRE ENTRY DEADLINE ON SUNDAY

Each finisher will receive a T-shirt and goodie bag and refreshments on arrival in Cobh. Entry forms may be downloaded from the Cork BHAA web site – www.corkbhaa.com. Telephone enquiries should be directed to Kevin Cummins – 087-9144765.

Alternatively runners may still enter on the day from 7.30am for 25 euro (T-shirt not guaranteed)

OPEN EVENING ON WEDNESDAY NEXT

An Open/Introductory Evening will be held at Midleton Community Centre on Wednesday week September 29th between 7pm and 8pm to officially launch our winter programme. The aim of the evening is also to give potential new members the opportunity to come along and find out more information about training/races/club social events etc. So, tell your family, work colleagues and friends. Last year’s event was a huge success with several new members joining our club and a subsequent new weekly beginners hour under coach Vincent Connolly proving extremely hour.

It was also very encouraging to see a huge number of existing members present to welcome some new faces to our club. So keep the date in the diary, leave the running shoes at home and join us for chat and a cuppa between 7pm and 8pm on Wednesday September 29th.
