results of last week's Cork BHAA Race - The Daniel
Kingston Memorial 5K in Macroom.are now online
As you can see many of our athletes recorded some great times - well done to
you all and to our prize winners.

Also below are the category results from Wednesday's EMC 5K race in Ovens -
congrats to all our individual and team prize winners. The next BHAA race is
the IPS-Garda / Maher's Sports 5K on Wednesday next 13th July. Entries etc
at Lee Rowing club

Well done also to our many runners who took part in this evening's Corkbeg 5
Mile Race in Whitegate - many of our club members excelled and we also had a
number of prize winners, including our ladies team (Anne Geary,Anna Doris and Marie Murphy. Also Anna Doris 1st 0/40,Mary O'Keeffe 1st 0/45 and Joan Hough 1st0/50 also John Cashman 1 0/45 and Tom Cody 1ST 0/55
A special word for some of our newcomers who ran the race for the first time. Full results to follow shortly.

A reminder the road action continues on this Friday evening (8pm) with the
Dungarvan 5 Miler beginning at 8pm - it is recognised as being a fast
course!

Finally, just a slight correction to the fixture list for July sent earlier
this week - the Ballinrostig 4 mile race should have read Saturday July
23rd - 7.30pm.
