Just a few updates -firstly Sally has an update on the cross country season.

Upcoming Cross Country Dates


Sunday, 9 October - County novice and masters (over 40) in Conna at 12.00 pm


Sunday, 23 October - Munster Novice in Clare


Sunday 6 November - County Senior in Bandon at 12.00 pm


Sunday, 20 November - Munster Masters in Limerick


Of these dates, the one which will be of most interest to the majority of cross country runners in the club is the county novice and masters. For those of you who don't know how it works, county novice competition is open to anyone who has not been placed in a novice (or higher) competition at county level and masters is open to all over the age of 40. Entries have to be taken in advance (about a week ahead). Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to take part. I have had some enquiries already and we have potential to field a couple of teams which would be great.
