Ballinhassig 1Mile Sunday @7pm

This is a great one mile race on a straight flat course.Organised by Jimmy Murray Rising Sun AC in aid of charity.It is well worth supporting and a good guide to what you can run a mile in under race conditions.There are usually a huge number of SPOT PRIZES often with every runner being catered for.
