LAST WEEKEND UPDATE

Word just in is that Karen Comerford from the Development Group did a wonderful time in a 5Km in Portlaoise last weekend.She came in under 30mins Well done Karen and  Yes I will ignore all those begrudgers who said the roads are all flatter up there. Keep it up Ballintotis beckons.
