CROSS COUNTRY

The East Cork Cross Country takes place in Castlelyons next Sunday (see previous posts) the weather forecast is good. This is an ideal opportunity to try this aspect of our sport in a friendly not very competitive situation. You might love it and it will definitely improve your running.
