The Munster Masters cross country championships take place on Sunday, 30 November in Watergrasshill.  The team categories for women are over 35 and over 45.  The men's teams categories are over 35 and over 50. The men's race will be 7000m and the women's is 4000m.

 

If you would like to be entered in the above competition, please contact Helen, tel. 086 2713072 this week as the entries have to be in by Friday, 21 November.  Please don't wait to be asked, but come forward and let us know if you would like to run!  I really hope that this year we will have teams in all four categories.

If however you decide not to run please come and support your fellow club members who will be running .It will only be an hour or two out of your day and its only up the road. Families are always welcome and you know how every cheer can help.So if you are not running (but please also do consider running ALL are welcome) do come and support your club mates. Danny
