Hi all,

Our Midleton AC colleague Sinead Ivers is holding a coffee morning this Sat in The Schooner Bar, Ballycotton from 10:30am in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland. Sinead and friends have already completed a cycle and is hosting the coffee morning in a bid to raise further funds for this great charity.

To tie in with this a few of us are going for a run first at 9.30am in Ballycotton. We will do 5-7 miles (or few more ..!!😊). Everyone is welcome to join in OR if you have your own run planned feel free to meet us for coffee at 10.30🤗🍰 all are welcome, please spread the word..
We will meet at the start line of Ballycotton 10 for our run.
